SCHOLARSHIPS
Since 2002 the Sigma Lambda Beta Education Foundation has offered scholarships to the Brothers of Sigma Lambda Beta to help offset the cost of their college education. In 2006, 20 brothers agreed to fund the Opportunity for Wisdom scholarship fund, making it our first endowed fund. To date 46 scholarships have been provided for a total amount of $31,750.
We now provide four $1,000 scholarships annually. In order to be eligible to receive the “Opportunity for Wisdom” scholarship, you must be a Sigma Lambda Beta member in good standing and enrolled full-time in an institution of higher learning. The application process starts during the 1st quarter of each year when we send out a link to the scholarship application.
